Corporate and Commercial Lawyer 1-3 years PQE

With a recent growth spurt at Lynch Meyer, an exciting opportunity now exists for a lawyer to join our expanding Corporate and Commercial practice. As the successful candidate, you will have sound experience and expertise in the area of Corporate and Commercial law. You will have between 1-3 years post qualification experience.

About the role

Working closely with highly experienced and respected Partners and other senior practitioners, you will enjoy exposure to a variety of complex and interesting matters including:

  • Sales and acquisitions, including due diligence investigations and Business transactions
  • Business transactions
  • Shareholder agreements
  • Tax and superannuation
  • Joint venture agreements
  • Corporate structures
  • Franchising
  • Trusts

You will also offer service through our Shelfdocs product, providing documentation and advice for companies, trusts, self-managed super funds and Government searches.

The successful applicant will be highly commercially focused and will be provided with the tools and support necessary to develop their career.
