Lisa specialises in all areas of property and development law.

Lisa was recognised in Best Lawyers Australia 2020, 2019 & 2018 lists for Leasing Law as well as Agriculture & Rural Affairs.  Lisa was also Recommended as a Leading Health & Aged Care Lawyer in South Australia in Doyle’s Guide for 2018.

She has extensive experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on documentation for the sale, purchase and lease of commercial, retail, industrial, agricultural and retirement village properties and associated due diligence investigations and advice.

She also has experience in drafting, reviewing and advising on resident agreements and other documentation for retirement villages.

Lisa assists property owners and property developers in development, building and construction transactions.

She provides advice and documentation in respect of all aspects of real estate and development law acting on behalf of companies, government and government organisations, financial institutions, developers, property owners (vendors, purchasers and landlords) and tenants.

Lisa is a trusted adviser to the agribusiness industry.  She has acted for owners of vineyards in respect of sales and purchases of vineyards, water licensing, liquor licensing, distribution and supply.  She has also acted for businesses and farmers in respect of supply agreements.  Her experience also includes acting on behalf of a global grain company providing advice in relation to agribusiness and property related matters.

Lisa is a current member of the Industrial Development Committee of the Property Council of Australia (SA Division). Lisa has been a committee member for the Property Council of Australia (SA Division) for almost 10 years, previously having been a member of the Property & Asset Management (now Facilities Management) and the Urban Design Committees.  Lisa is also a member of the Urban Development Institute of South Australia’s Community and Social Housing Committee.
