Nicholas has broad experience in the litigation of building and construction disputes, having acted for individuals, corporate entities and insurers in complex commercial proceedings. He has had involvement in proceedings in both State and Federal Courts.
He was consecutively listed in Doyle’s Guide 2017 Australian list of Construction & Infrastructure Rising Stars. Nicholas was the only lawyer recognised in this list from Adelaide.
Nicholas joined Lynch Meyer in 2014 to further build his practice as a building and construction lawyer, having the benefit of his prior experience working with builders and the professional indemnity insurers of professionals involved in the construction industry including architects and engineers.
Nicholas has a strong commercial focus and provides sound advice so as to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients.
Nicholas graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts.
