Our fee structure

Residential Properties

  • Sale or Purchase price up to $1,000,000 – $550 plus GST additional $150 plus GST for each new mortgage or each discharging mortgage.
  • Sale or Purchase price above $1,000,000 – $850 plus GST additional $150 plus GST for each new mortgage or each discharging mortgage.
  • Review of a Residential Contract – from $150 plus GST for simple contract (however please contact us to request a quote).
  • Review of a Residential Form 1 – from $150 plus GST for simple Form 1 (however please contact us to request a quote).

* The above fees do not include our out-of-pocket expenses.

** Extra fees may apply if additional services are requested or required to bring the matter to settlement.

Commercial Properties

  • From $750 plus GST for conveyance (please contact us to request a quote).

收费标准

住宅房

  • 出售或购买房产价格至$1,000,000 – 过户费 -$550.00加消费税。除此之外如有贷款或取消贷款的工作,每个贷款额外收取 $150.00 加消费税。
  • 出售或购买房产价格高于$1,000,000- 过户费 -$850.00 加消费税。除此之外如有贷款或取消贷款的工作,每个贷款额外收取 $150.00 加消费税。
  • 审查住宅房合同 – 简单合同 -$150.00 加消费税起 (请联系我们询问报价)
