Georgia Gray is an Associate in the firm’s insolvency and debt recovery team. As part of the team, Georgia provides dispute resolution, insolvency and debt recovery advice to a broad range of clients, from individuals and small businesses to large corporations. Georgia’s focus is to provide clients with exceptional service and cost-effective outcomes.
Georgia has a strong interest in litigation and dispute resolution, particularly involving insolvency issues. Georgia has assisted in representing and advising clients in a variety of insolvency related matters, including unfair preference claims, proceedings related to director’s duties and personal insolvency claims. Georgia regularly appears at Court in debt recovery actions, and also personal and corporate insolvency matters.
Georgia was admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia and High Court of Australia in 2017. Georgia also has a Bachelor of International Studies from the University of Adelaide.
Georgia is the Secretary of the Women’s Insolvency Network of South Australia (winSA), and is also a member of the AICM. In 2021, Georgia was named as a finalist in the Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 Awards for insolvency.
