James has wide experience working with schools and educational institutions.

His experience includes providing advice in relation to fee collection and the negotiation of payment arrangements, as well as providing advice on enrolment documentation, terms and processes.

Through his 20 plus years experience acting for debt collection agencies, James works closely with Platinum Collection Agency to oversee recovery actions across Australia for a number of schools.

James has presented at a number of Cole School Experts events, nationally, on effectively managing fees and debtors in schools. He also previously lectured in commercial law in a para-legal course at the Adelaide Institute of TAFE.
