- Advising a national developer on all aspects of two of its South Australian residential master planned community developments, including to secure development rights, preparation of the off-the-plan sale contract suite and negotiation of infrastructure agreements.
- Advising in the sale of a major viticultural property in South Australia, including advising in relation to associated Crown Land licence rights and water rights.
- Acting for a private real estate investment trust on the acquisition of a significant level A-grade CBD commercial office building, including undertaking detailed due diligence and complex contract preparation and negotiation.
- Advising commercial landlords and tenants in relation to all manner of leasing arrangements, including drafting and negotiating agreements for lease, variations and renewals.
