Huan Do
Senior Associate
Huan Do is a Senior Associate in Lynch Meyer Lawyers’ Construction, Infrastructure, and Engineering team.
He advises a broad range of clients across the construction industry, including builders, subcontractors, developers, and homeowners. Huan has substantial experience in contract drafting and review, project advisory work (including extensions of time and variations), and the resolution of complex construction and commercial disputes. He regularly appears before South Australian courts and tribunals, including the Magistrates, District, and Supreme Courts.
Prior to joining Lynch Meyer Lawyers, Huan spent nine years with the Housing Industry Association, most recently as Assistant Director, Workplace Services SA/NT. This experience has given Huan a strong practical understanding of the commercial and operational challenges faced by residential builders and subcontractors, as well as extensive exposure to policy development and industry advocacy.
Huan was recognised by Doyle's Guide in 2026 and 2023 as a South Australian Construction Law Rising Star.
Huan currently serves on the Housing Industry Association’s Legal Services and Industrial Relations Committee and has also served on the board of Muirden Senior College for 12 years, including five years as Chair.
He is fluent in Vietnamese and holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Adelaide (2010). Huan is also a course creator and tutorial leader at the University, where he teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses in construction law and contract administration.
