Growing China Advisory and Asia Practice

We are pleased to welcome Law Clerk, Judy Liu, to the firm’s growing China Advisory team.
Our China Advisory and Asia Practice has grown considerably in recent years. The practice initially started with just Partner Malinda Kuo, and now consists of five team members.
The team members, who are all fluent in Mandarin, offer clients a wide range of legal services, with a particular focus on property development, commercial transactions and foreign investment.
Our dedicated team provides legal services by bringing together the local cultural awareness and insights of the Asia markets, and legal skills in navigating the legal requirements and regulatory regime in Australia.
Judy, who is currently undertaking an International Relations and Law double degree, will provide valuable support to this growing team.
