Our Fee Structure

Residential Properties

• Sale or Purchase price up to $1,000,000 – $800 plus GST additional $150 plus GST for each new mortgage or each discharging mortgage.
• Sale or Purchase price above $1,000,000 – $950 plus GST additional $150 plus GST for each new mortgage or each discharging mortgage.
• Review of a Residential Contract and Form 1 – from $800 plus GST for simple contract and Form 1 (however please contact us to request a quote).

* The above fees do not include our out-of-pocket expenses.

Please note Electronic Conveyancing is mandatory in South Australia. We use PEXA for completing settlements online. PEXA’s pricing schedule can be found here.

Commercial Properties

• From $1,500 plus GST for conveyance (please contact us to request a quote).
