Stephanie is an Associate in the firm’s debt recovery, credit management and insolvency team. She has a keen interest in litigation and dispute resolution matters and aims to negotiate outcomes that meet her client’s expectations in a cost-effective manner.

Stephanie manages a large volume of recovery and commercial dispute files and is experienced in advising a broad range of clients about Court processes and enforcement action across all Australian jurisdictions. She is also regularly involved in preparing and representing clients in relation to the commencement and prosecution of bankruptcy and wind-up proceedings.

As part of her practice, Stephanie has also developed a particular interest in working with schools and educational institutions. Through Lynch Meyer’s strategic partnership with Platinum Collection Agency, Stephanie assists with the collection of outstanding tuition fees and other charges, as well as with providing advice in relation to the enrolment process and relevant documentation.

Stephanie was admitted to practice in 2022 and is a member of the Women’s Insolvency Network South Australia, Australian Institute of Credit Management and the Law Society of South Australia.
