Alice is a Partner in the firm's commercial litigation, insolvency and debt recovery team.

In 2025 and 2026, she was recognised by Doyle’s Guide as a leading lawyer in Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution in South Australia.

Alice has a busy practice and focuses on providing her clients, who in many cases operate nationally, with exceptional service by ensuring she understands their business to deliver commercial advice and outcomes in the most cost-effective way.

Alice assists in representing clients and appearing in all Court jurisdictions to resolve and/or defend a broad range of commercial disputes including personal insolvency, corporate insolvency, owner corporation disputes and the Personal Properties Security Act. Alice has a strong background in credit management and has experience in providing advice to clients about their terms and conditions, including to ensure they have enforceable terms in both national and international jurisdictions.

Through Lynch Meyer’s strategic partnership with Platinum Collection Agency, Alice works closely with a number of private schools and educational institutions to achieve practical and cost-effective solutions. Alice advises on the enrolment process, including applications and terminations, family separations, the collection of outstanding tuition and other charges as well as relevant legislation, such as the Privacy Act. Alice’s focus is to ensure that the schools’ branding and values are maintained as part of any action.

Alice's depth of disputes experience over the past decade has allowed her to build a busy Strata and Community Titles disputes practice. Acting for both managers and owners, Alice has a thorough understanding of the complex legal concepts that exist in this space that enable her to assist both owner corporations and owners to find solutions to their circumstances. Alice was elected as a Board Member with the Strata Community Association SA/NT in 2025.

Alice is a past President of both the AICM’s South Australian Division, and the Women’s Insolvency Network of South Australia (winSA). In 2016 she became a Certified Credit Executive, in 2017 Alice was recognised as the AICM’s Credit Professional of the Year for South Australia, and in 2024, Alice became a Fellow of the AICM.
