Mija is an Associate in the firm’s private client services team.

Prior to joining Lynch Meyer, Mija has worked in a range of roles including within the financial services industry, administering deceased estates on behalf of superannuation funds and insurers.

More recently, Mija has appeared in the Supreme Court of South Australia acting on behalf of applicants and respondents and provided advice on applications for Inheritance Family Provision (IFP) claims. As a result of Mija’s experience in litigation and the financial services industry, Mija has a unique appreciation for the risks involved in Wills and estate planning.

Mija was admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia in 2021 and the High Court of Australia in 2022 and is a member of the Law Society of South Australia. In addition to a Bachelor of Laws, Mija also holds a Bachelor of Social Science from Swinburne University of Technology and a Masters in International Contracts and Arbitration Law from the University of Fribourg in Switzerland, majoring in comparative international law.
