Jacinta is an Associate and trade mark attorney in the firm’s corporate and commercial team.

She assists with a variety of commercial matters, including preparing and reviewing contracts and providing advice to a broad range of clients.

In addition to her general commercial experience, Jacinta has assisted with acquisitions of businesses around Australia, including conducting due diligence and preparing documentation and agreements. She has assisted with a high value transaction with a purchase price of over $500 million.

Jacinta has a particular interest in intellectual property law, having completed her Master of Intellectual Property degree. She has significant experience in all intellectual property matters, including brand protection, copyright, and trade mark matters.

Jacinta is admitted in the Supreme Court of South Australia and the High Court of Australia, and is a member of the Law Society of South Australia. Jacinta also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) from the University of Adelaide.
