Huan Do

Associate

Huan is an Associate in Lynch Meyer’s construction, infrastructure and engineering team.

Huan was recognised as a South Australian Construction Law Rising Star in Doyle's Guide for 2023.

He previously worked at the Housing Industry Association (HIA) for nine years as Assistant Director Workplace Services SA/NT, being the first point of contact to help HIA members on a broad range of legal issues.

Huan has extensive experience in policy and lobbying and has a deep understanding of legal issues experienced by residential builders and sub-contractors.

He acts for a variety of businesses within the construction industry and homeowners. Huan’s work includes reviewing and preparing contractual documents, providing assistance during the course of a project with respect to issues such as extensions of time and variations, and resolving disputes. He also has experience with respect to resolving commercial disputes, including experience in litigation matters.

Huan is an active member of the Housing Industry Association Legal Services and Industrial Relations Committee.

He previously served on the Board of Muirden Senior College as director over the last 12 years, including 5 of those years as Chairman of the Board.

Huan is fluent in Vietnamese.

Huan completed his Bachelor of Laws at the University of Adelaide in 2010.
