Lynch Meyer Lawyers welcomes new Commercial Partner Evyenia Walton

Evyenia Walton has joined Lynch Meyer Lawyers’ Partnership to head the firm’s commercial practice.

Evyenia has been practicing law for almost 20 years and brings a wealth of experience acting for a variety of businesses, from startups and SMEs to national and global clients.

Evyenia worked for UniSA as an in-house counsel for seven years specialising in research, innovation and commercialization, and contract reviews and drafting. Further, she worked for the Department of Defence in Melbourne where she assisted in the negotiation of some of Australia’s largest procurement contracts.

Evyenia is also an Intellectual Property lawyer and has experience working in-house at technology companies specialising in intellectual property protection.

She also had her own legal practice for eight years.

Her expertise will complement the legal services we offer our corporate clients and aligns with our firm’s focus as a leading corporate and commercial legal service provider to local South Australian and national businesses.

Evyenia’s appointment takes the firm’s Partnership to nine and sees more female than male Partners for the first time in the firm’s history.
