Through Lynch Meyer’s strategic partnership with Platinum Collection Agency, Alice works closely with a number of schools and educational institutions to achieve practical and cost-effective solutions to collect outstanding tuition and other charges.

As part of the collection work, Alice has a particular focus to ensure that the schools’ branding and values are considered and upheld as part of any action.

Alice has a strong background in credit management and has experience in providing advice to clients about their terms and conditions, including to ensure they have enforceable terms in both national and international jurisdictions. This experience compliments Alice's work with schools and educational institutions and enables her to provide advice about the enrolment process, including enrolments, terms and split family arrangements.

Alice has presented at a number of Cole School Experts events, nationally, on effectively managing fees and debtors in schools.
